ENABLE THIRD PARTIES AND UNKNOWN SOURCE APPLICATION TO YOUR ANDROID

Every user of the Android device use Google play(android market) to install applications because it is the main source for downloading or installing Android applications. Google play provides or show those applications in search result which can run on that Android device, thats why Android market is preferred to be good as third-parties applications.
But many Android user who don't know how to download and install applications through Android market and also those who don't have data connection to download applications install third-party applications on there Android devices manually.
While installing third-parties applications, people should have concern about phone security,data security as well as applications security.

Third-parties applications may be harmful because they are private or beta applications that require you to download and install manually on your Android device for testing purpose.


Below are step by step procedure to enable or install unknown source applications to your Android device. This method is different for Android OS 2.3 or earlier and for Android OS 4.0 or above. Follow the steps according to your Android OS version.

For Android OS 2.3 or earlier:



  • Go to setting.
  • Scroll down and go to application settings.
  • Tap and check "Unknown source" option.
  • It will show warning box tap on "OK".



For Android OS 4.0 or above:

  • Go to setting.
  • Go to security setting.
  • Scroll down and check "Unknown source" option.
  • It will show warning box tap on "OK".








For installing unknown source applications make sure that file manager is installed on your Android device.
